Who we are

Club motoneige St-Raymond (club 371-06), C.P. 5014, Saint-Raymond (Québec), G3L 4R8, runs this site to inform snowmobilers (trail conditions, events, access rights).

Person in charge of personal information

For any question or request about your personal information, write to us: clubmotoneigest-raymond@hotmail.com.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts, forms or payments: we do not ask you for personal information. When you contact us by email or phone, we use what you tell us only to reply to you.

Like any website, our host records technical connection data (IP address, device, pages requested) to keep the service secure and running.

This site uses no analytics tool and no tracking cookies.

Who has access

We do not sell or rent personal information. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., and trail conditions and events come from Google services (Sheets, Calendar). These providers may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States.

Retention

We keep no personal information on this site. Emails we receive are kept as long as needed to reply.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, or withdraw a consent, by writing to the person in charge above. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
